- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Really appreciated out tour guide, Tauren, who did a great job not only informing us about the tragedy but also what it was like to be a New Yorker on that day and in the days that followed. She was very sensitive to those in the group who had lost friends, family that day. She went out of her way to really bring to light all the positive things that happened on that day and in time after - how so many came together to help their fellow man and community. Great tour.
